Bhagwati Marble

We are located at C 58 on Road No 5 in VKIA. Bhagwati Marble has been sitting in this industrial patch for quite some time now. If you come by to see us, you will see plenty of dust and big slabs of stone everywhere. That is just the nature of the marble business. It is heavy work and it is often quite loud. We spend our days moving blocks and cutting stone to the right size. It is not a clean environment, but we do not mind the mess. There is a certain way you have to handle marble so it does not crack, and we have learned that through years of practice. We are not a big showroom with air conditioning. We are a yard where the real work happens. Most of our customers are builders or people doing up their houses who want to see the stone in person. We show them what we have in the stacks and let them choose. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, but we push through it anyway. It is a lot of physical labor. We have a small office in the corner where we do the paperwork. It is mostly covered in a thin layer of white dust. That is just part of being here in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area. We focus on getting the slabs loaded and sent off to the sites. It is a tough trade.
