Bgf is pretty much run by Ravi Rathore. We don't have a big fancy office building with a lot of signage out front. Instead, we work out of a more personal space. It is a simple setup where we handle everything that comes across our desks throughout the week. Some days it is very quiet and other days it feels like there isn't enough time to get through all the messages we get. We don't have a large team, so most of the responsibility falls on just a couple of us here. It is a very direct way to do business. We have been working like this for a long time and it seems to suit our needs well enough. We don't go for flashy marketing or big promises that we can't keep. We just try to be reliable and get the daily tasks sorted. Most of the work involves staying on top of communications and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. It is a lot of looking at screens and talking on the phone. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests. It’s just a workspace meant for getting things done. We keep it honest and practical. Sometimes the hours are long, but that’s what it takes to stay on top of everything. We are just regular people putting in the effort every day. It’s not a corporate environment at all, just a place where work happens. We just take it day by day.
