Beal Foundation

Beal Foundation is tucked away in the J-815 area of RIICO IA here in Jaipur. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there are always trucks moving and noise from the nearby units. We’ve been in this 302018 pin code area for a long time. The office itself is just a basic room with some chairs and a table that wobbles a little bit if you lean on it too hard. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing. It’s mostly just us sitting around and figuring out what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or so, but we just open the windows and keep going. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all walk or take the scooter to get in. It’s a practical setup. We don't have big signs or flashy lights out front. If you weren't looking for the J-815 number, you might just drive right past it. We keep our files in these old metal cabinets that squeak every time you open them. It’s not perfect, but it works for what we need. We usually eat lunch together in the back area. It’s a quiet life for the most part, despite being in the industrial area. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try not to get too distracted by everything else happening outside. That's just how we operate. Everything is pretty straightforward around here for everyone involved.
