Running Bci Home Tutions out of our office at A-10/11 in Kirti Nagar keeps us pretty occupied most days. Being on Tonk Road means there is always traffic and noise outside, but once you get inside the office, it is a bit quieter. We are right opposite Kamal & Co, which is an easy landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. The way things work here is mostly about coordinating. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desk trying to match students with the right people who can come to their houses. It is not a flashy setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a practical space where we keep our records and meet parents who want to discuss what their kids need help with. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with notebooks and registration forms, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. Tonk Road is a central part of Jaipur, so we get people coming from all over the city. We have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we have stayed put in this Kirti Nagar spot. It is just a small team of us handling the daily grind. We do not use any fancy software or complicated systems, just honest work and trying to make sure everyone is where they should be at the right time.
