Ashok Clinic

Ashok Clinic is over at B-1 Tulsidas Ki Bagichi in Janta Colony. We are very close to the taxi stand, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Janta Colony is a settled area, and we’ve been part of it for a good long time. Our space is tucked away in the building. It’s not very big, but we manage. The taxis outside make a bit of noise with their horns, but you get used to it after a week. Inside, we have some old wooden furniture that has been around since the clinic opened. We keep it clean, but you can see the wear on the armrests. It gives the place a bit of character. There’s a small plant in the corner that my wife brought in, but I often forget to water it. Somehow it’s still alive. We have a lot of regulars who come in just to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s that kind of place. We don't use any fancy booking systems. You just come in, see if there's a queue, and wait your turn. The light in the back room is a bit dim, so we use a desk lamp when we need to see things clearly. It’s a simple, straightforward operation. No bells or whistles. Just a clinic in Janta Colony doing what a clinic is supposed to do. We like being near the bagichi; it’s a nice bit of greenery in the middle of all the houses. It’s home.
