We are located at 84/240 on Madhyam Marg. If you know Mansarovar, you know how busy this stretch can get. Arrow isn't a massive operation, just a local spot where we handle our daily tasks. Most mornings start with cleaning the dust off the front window because the road outside is always under some kind of construction. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes with the parking, but our regulars seem to find a way. We have a simple routine here. One of us handles the front while the other goes out for supplies. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just use a basic ledger and a pen most of the time. The shop has its own personality, mostly because we haven't changed the furniture in years. It feels familiar and comfortable to us. We see a lot of students and families walking by every afternoon. Sometimes they pop in just to ask for directions. We don't mind it. It’s part of being a neighbor in Mansarovar. The evening sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, so we usually keep the shade down then. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We try to keep things organized but it doesn't always stay that way. By the end of the week, the desk is usually covered in notes. We just enjoy being part of the local market life here.
