Apoorvbhai Arthik & Samajik Vikas Sangthan operates out of a simple space at 215/78 on Subhash Marg. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easier for people to reach us. We spend our days dealing with a lot of social and economic issues that people in the neighborhood face. It’s not always easy work, and there is a lot of sitting around at desks and going through files. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some sturdy furniture and a few ceiling fans that click a bit too loud. We’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories. Subhash Marg is always humming with activity, and we’re right in the thick of it. People come to us when they’re having a hard time with jobs or money, and we do what we can to listen and point them in the right direction. We don't have any big corporate sponsors or a flashy lobby. It’s just us trying to help folks get by. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we manage. We aren't interested in looking polished or professional in that way. We just want to be here for the people who need a bit of support. It’s been our home for a long time now.
