The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we handle all the spice business. It smells quite strong around here, mostly like cumin and chilies, which we’ve gotten used to over the time. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the bags and the quality of what’s inside them. Some days the dust from the road gets inside, and we have to spend time cleaning up. It’s just a normal part of working in Phulera. We’ve been at this plot for a bit, and we know most of the guys at the mandi. We aren't trying to be the biggest spice company in India, just a reliable one here in Jaipur. We keep our heads down and do the work. If you come by the Sabji Mandi, you’ll find us easily. It’s a busy, loud, and spicy place to be, but it’s home for us. We just do our work and go home to our families.
