Anushree Colonizer

We have been here at Pratap Nagar F-6 for a while now. Anushree Colonizer is just a small group of us working on land stuff and houses around this part of the city. Most days are spent looking at maps or dealing with paperwork that seems to never end. It gets pretty dusty out on the sites, so we spend a lot of time cleaning our shoes before coming back into the office. We don't have a big fancy reception area, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people who drop by. Someone usually has tea going in the back. It’s not always quiet here because the street gets busy. We just try to get the plots sorted out so people can actually build something. Sometimes the weather makes things slow down, especially when it rains heavy and the ground gets soft. We know the neighbors pretty well around here. If you walk past F-6, you’ll see our sign, it’s a bit faded from the sun but it’s still there. We don't do much advertising because most people just hear about us from someone else. It's just normal work, really. We handle the documents and make sure the boundaries are where they should be. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the local authorities, but that is just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just keeping things moving at a steady pace every day.
