Ankit Formulation

We are based at X-4 on Basant Marg in the Banipark area. It is a decent neighborhood, a bit quieter than the main markets but still has plenty of activity. Ankit Formulation is run out of this space. We spend a lot of our time looking at batches and making sure the mixes are correct. It requires some focus, so we try to keep the distractions down. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of town. We have our desks and our equipment all set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. Sometimes the phones ring more than we can answer, especially on Monday mornings. We have been here for a bit and the local shopkeepers know us. We are not doing anything grand, just working on formulations and keeping our records straight. The afternoon sun hits the front windows pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds down. It is just a small group of us here. We do not go in for big meetings or long speeches. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. If a mistake happens, we fix it and move on. That is just how we operate. It is a practical way to spend the work week without making things more complicated than they need to be for everyone involved in the process.
