Anest Iwata Motherson Limited is based in Jaipur, specifically at Prabhat Niwas, H 12 in the Swej Farm area, Ram Nagar Extension, Sodala. Our location is a bit of a mix between residential and commercial vibes. We aren't in one of those huge industrial parks; we are more tucked away in the neighborhood. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual equipment and a small team that handles the daily operations. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. It’s more about getting the work done and making sure we stay on top of our tasks. Being in Sodala, we are close to the heart of things, but it still feels like a local spot. People drop by occasionally, but most of our work is done through calls and emails. We have a routine that we follow every day. It starts with checking what needs to be delivered or sorted and then we just get to it. There’s no big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the job correctly. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy with traffic, but we are used to it by now. It is a straightforward place to work. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just people in a Jaipur office trying to keep things moving smoothly. Even when the power goes out or the internet is slow, we find a way to finish our work before the day ends.
