Anand Marbles

You can find Anand Marbles over at Plot No- G-21 on Laxman Path. This part of Shyam Nagar Extension is still growing, and we have been here at the Harsh Path intersection for a bit now. We keep a variety of marble slabs out in the open where the natural light hits them, so folks can see what they actually look like before they buy. It’s a lot of work keeping the place tidy because stone leaves a lot of scrap and dust behind. Usually, it’s just us and a few workers moving the heavy pieces around when a customer wants to see a specific block or slab. We don’t have a flashy showroom with air conditioning; it’s more of a practical yard where we do the real work every day. We spend our days talking to contractors and homeowners who are trying to pick something out for their kitchens or bathrooms. Sometimes the rain slows us down, and we have to cover everything up to keep it clean. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice compared to the bigger markets in the city center. We chose this plot because there is enough room to park the delivery trucks without blocking the whole street for our neighbors. We just keep our heads down and handle the stone, making sure things are cut and moved safely. It is a basic business, and we like it that way. We've been here for years and know most of the local people.
