Our place is at Plot No A-313, right on the 80 Ft Road in Mahesh Nagar. If you know Mahesh Nagar, you know the 80 Ft Road is usually humming with activity. There are shops and people moving around all day long. Our office is a simple plot that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s easy to find because we are right on the main stretch. The road can get a bit loud with the bikes and cars zooming by, but you get used to the sound after a while. Inside, we have a few desks and some shelves piled high with papers and folders. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks who stop in from the street. The foundation has been in Mahesh Nagar for a good while, so we feel like a part of the neighborhood. The front door is usually open to let in a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in some of the road dust. We have a small cooler for water in the corner which is a lifesaver during the summer months. It is just a normal office where we do our part. We don't have any big corporate policies or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a practical way to run things and it suits us just fine. We like being right in the middle of it all.
