This is Amit Sharma’s place over at number 67 in Trivani Nagar, right off the Gopalpura By Pass in Jaipur. It’s a busy spot because of the bypass, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. I’ve been set up here for a while. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a practical room where I sit and do my work. I have a lot of folders and a desk that’s seen better days. Jaipur is hot most of the year, so the cooler is always running. It makes a bit of a rattling noise, but you get used to it. People stop by after seeing the sign near the GPO area. I don’t do much advertising. Mostly, it’s just people telling other people where I am. I try to keep things simple. No big promises, just doing the job that needs to be done. Trivani Nagar is a nice area, even with all the dust from the road. I like being here because it’s easy for people to find me. I usually have a plate of biscuits and some water ready for anyone who visits. It’s just me working hard and trying to stay on top of everything. It’s not a corporate life, just a local business life. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, so we just wait it out and drink more tea until things get back to normal.
