Our office at Allen Education Foundation is not some high-rise glass building. It is a practical space in a building that has been around for a while. We have our desks set up and we spend our hours here working through whatever is on the schedule for the day. Kota can get incredibly hot in the summer months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are running well. The neighborhood is fairly calm, which helps us stay focused. We aren’t here to show off a polished corporate image. We are just a team of people who come into work, drink some tea, and handle our responsibilities. The walls have a few basic things on them, but it’s mostly just a workspace. We chose this spot in Shrinath Puram because it’s accessible and it feels right for what we do. You won't find any fancy receptionists or big marble lobbies here. It’s just B-201, a place where real work happens by real people. We like being part of the 324010 community and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the local fabric of Kota. It is a straightforward life here.
