Alka Rani

You can find us over at number 10 on JLN Marg. It is a pretty straightforward location, right on the main road, so we get a lot of people passing by. Alka Rani is what we go by, and we’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. The building isn't brand new or anything, it has its fair share of cracks and peeling paint, but it serves its purpose well enough. We don't have a massive team or a reception desk with someone in a suit. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling whatever comes through the door. The traffic on JLN Marg can be a bit much in the evenings, making it noisy, but we are used to that sound by now. We spend most of our time just keeping up with the daily tasks. There isn’t a fancy lounge for waiting, just a few chairs that have seen better days. We try to stay organized, even if the desk gets buried under paperwork sometimes. It’s a small operation, really. People stop in because they know where we are and they know we’ve been here. We don’t do a lot of shouting about what we do. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s just how things go for a small place like ours in this neighborhood.
