Airtel Call Center

Our team works out of Jawahar Nagar in Jaipur, specifically at 6 Cha 36. It is a very active part of the city with a lot of shops and houses close together. Being in Rajasthan, the sun is usually pretty bright and it gets hot, but our building is okay once you are inside. We run a call center here, so there is always a bit of noise from people talking on their headsets. It is a plain workspace with rows of desks and not much else. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or big carpets. It is just a functional area where we handle calls all day long. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the phones act up, but we just deal with it as it comes. There is a small corner where we keep a kettle for tea, which is where most of us hang out during our short breaks. The building itself is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it serves its purpose. We aren't trying to be some big, shiny corporation. We are just a group of people in Jaipur trying to help out the folks who call in. It is a busy, tiring job sometimes, but we keep at it. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. It's just a normal day at the office for us.
