Ahimsagram Foundation

The Ahimsagram Foundation is located at F9/91 in the AWHO colony, which is part of Sugan Vihar in Sector-1, Vidhyadhar Nagar. We operate out of Col Bhupinder Talwar’s place. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a typical office building. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded and personal. Vidhyadhar Nagar is a well-planned part of Jaipur, so getting here isn't too much of a headache compared to the walled city areas. We usually have a lot going on with the foundation, but it’s all handled in a very low-key manner. There aren't any big corporate logos on the walls or fancy glass partitions. We just have our desks, our laptops, and a lot of passion for what we do. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is great for thinking and planning out our next steps. Sometimes we meet in the common areas of the AWHO complex to discuss things. Being part of a community like Sugan Vihar means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we don't have crowds coming in and out all the time. It’s a small operation, really. We focus on our daily tasks and try to make sure everything at the foundation runs smoothly from this little corner of Sector-1. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big commercial office space. We enjoy the peace and quiet we get here most mornings.
