Advocate Vinay Kumar

Vinay Kumar here. My law office is right in Vidhyadhar Nagar. I’ve been working out of this area for quite some time now. It’s a nice part of the city, and having my practice here means I get to help a lot of the local residents with their legal needs. The office isn’t huge, just a comfortable place where we can sit and talk about whatever is going on. I deal with all kinds of legal issues, from simple contracts to more complicated court cases. I don't like to overcomplicate things. When someone comes in with a problem, I just look at the facts and explain what the next steps should be in plain English. My desk is always a bit messy with papers, but I know where everything is. My assistant helps me keep track of the court dates, which is a big job on its own. We are usually busy from morning till night. I spend a lot of time at the various courts around the city, so I’m not always in the office, but I’m usually reachable by phone. I don't believe in using a lot of legal jargon that nobody understands. I’d rather just talk like a normal person so my clients know exactly what’s happening with their files. It’s a steady job and I really enjoy being able to help folks navigate the legal system without making it feel like a nightmare.
