If you are looking for Advisor, we are right near the bus stand at Gandhi Chowk in Amer. It is a very busy part of Jaipur, especially with all the people coming and going from the buses throughout the day. You can hear the conductors shouting and the horns honking all day long. Our place is simple and right in the middle of all that action. We have been here at the chowk for some time now. It is a great spot because everyone knows where the bus stand is. The building we are in is older and has a lot of character to it. We do not have air conditioning, just some good ceiling fans that keep the air moving. Jaipur gets incredibly hot, so those fans are working hard all through the summer months. We get a lot of walk-in traffic because of our location. People traveling through often stop by to ask questions or get directions. We keep some water for visitors because it is so dusty outside. The floor is concrete and we have a few wooden desks that have seen better days. It is not the kind of place where you will find plush carpets or expensive art. It is just a functional office for real work. We close up when the sun sets and the market starts to quiet down a little. Living and working in Amer is interesting because of the history, but for us, it is just home.
