We are located over on Rajat Path at Plot No 62 145 in Jaipur. If you are familiar with this part of Rajasthan, you know it can get incredibly hot during the summer months. Our office at Aditya Birla Retail Ltd is a straightforward place. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. It is just a building where we get our work done. The area is fairly quiet compared to the main tourist spots in the city, which we actually prefer. Inside, there are enough desks for everyone and a small space where we keep our supplies. We have been operating from this location for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much. We start early to beat the heat and spend the day going through the retail logs and schedules. Some of the staff have been here since the beginning, so we are more like a group of neighbors than just coworkers. We drink a lot of water and keep the fans going. There is no corporate manual on how to act here; we just treat each other normally and try to get the tasks finished on time. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of stationary, and someone has to run out to the local market. It’s just a plain, honest way of working in a city we like. We stay busy and don't worry about the small stuff.
