Our office is situated in Jai Mata Vaishno Nagar in Jaipur. You can find us at A 43, care of Rpben. We are right across the road from the Heerapura Power House, which makes us pretty easy to locate for anyone in the area. We operate as a credit co-operative society, so our days are filled with numbers, passbooks, and ledger entries. It’s a very local kind of business. We aren't like the big national banks with their air-conditioned glass buildings and marble floors. Our office is a modest space where the community feels welcome to come in and sit down. We know most of the people who come to see us by name, and we often ask about their families. Jaipur can get incredibly hot, so we usually have the ceiling fans spinning at full speed while we work through the accounts. There isn't any corporate script or polished sales talk here. We just tell people the facts about their savings or loans. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded and people have to wait their turn, but they don't seem to mind much.
