Cradle Information Technologies Private Limited is located at 6-105, Plot No 5 in Sri Laxmi Homes. We are out on Laxmipuram Malkapur Road in Karimnagar. It is not the big city, but we like being here. The office is part of a residential area, so it feels very grounded. We are just a bunch of locals working on IT stuff. We don't have those fancy break rooms you see in movies. We just have our desks, a couple of fans, and our computers. Most of us grew up around here or nearby. The work we do is technical, but we try to explain things in plain English to anyone who asks. Some days the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is life in Karimnagar. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big titles or corporate talk. We just want to provide decent IT services and keep our clients happy enough to come back. We share snacks in the afternoon and complain about the heat sometimes. It is a very normal workplace. We’ve put a lot of hours into this place to get it running. It might not look like much from the outside, but we get a lot done inside those walls. It is honest work and we are glad to be doing it right here in our own community.
