Our yard is quite large, which is lucky because we have a lot of steel to store. It’s a dusty place in the summer months, and when the monsoon hits, the ground gets pretty soft and muddy. We don't have a paved lot or anything like that. It’s a working yard. The guys who work here are mostly from the nearby villages, and they know the value of a hard day's work. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, word of mouth is how people find out about us. We’ve been here long enough that most builders in the area have our number saved in their phones. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around for things to get moving again, which gives us a chance to sit and have some tea. The office is just a simple room with some old desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We don't use any fancy software; we mostly stick to the old ways of keeping track of things. It works for us.
