Crown Star Leather Producer Company Limited is located in the industrial area at E/6, Sector 21, Kamrauli, Jagdishpur. We work with leather here. It’s a dusty, busy place most of the time. We aren't a big, polished corporation. We’re more of a group of people who know the trade and wanted to run our own shop. Being in the industrial area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s noisy and there’s always something being moved around on trucks. We focus on the practical side of leather production. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big front desk with a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll see people actually working with the hides and the tools. It’s a hands-on kind of life. We started this in Jagdishpur because it’s where we could find the space and the workers who know what they’re doing. The paperwork side of the business happens in a small corner of the unit. We don't spend time on making things look perfect for visitors. We just focus on getting the work done right. Sometimes the orders are big and we’re working late, other times it’s a bit slower. We just take the work as it comes and try to be fair with everyone. It's a real business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We’ve been at this for a while now and we just keep plugging away.
