Flasho Tech Private Limited has its roots in a small village called Kanti. If you are looking for us, we are at Plot No-93, Khata No-321, which is part of the Baharana post office area. It’s in the Balikuda police station limits of Jagatsinghpur district. The office is at Prafulla Biswal’s place. It’s a very local setup, far away from the big glass towers of the major cities. Being in a village like Kanti means we know everyone around us. Our work might be tech-focused, but our daily life is very much about the village rhythm. We deal with the usual challenges like power cuts and slow roads, but we don't mind it much. It’s where we belong. We started Flasho Tech to show that you can run a private limited company from anywhere, even from a plot in Jagatsinghpur. It isn't always easy, and sometimes we have to travel a bit to get supplies or meet people, but we make it work. The office isn't fancy, just some desks, chairs, and our equipment. We don't put on any airs or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We are just local people working hard in our own community. Most days are spent at the computer, making sure everything is running right. It's a quiet life in Orissa 754108, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward.
