Our office is in Wright Town, specifically at Adidev House, number 1495. It’s right near Gaomata Chowk, so it’s a landmark most people in the area recognize. The building is basically a house that we’ve turned into our headquarters. It doesn't feel like a cold office building. We have rooms for the herbs, a space for the paperwork, and a spot where we take some of the orders. We do herbal products, and since we are based in a house, it has a very casual vibe. People drop by without much notice, and we usually have some tea ready. We aren't a huge team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking the stock in the back. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving boxes around, and the desks are a bit mismatched, but it works for us. We like being in Wright Town because it’s central. Sometimes the traffic at the chowk gets loud, but we just shut the windows. We focus on getting the herbal mixes right and making sure they are packed well. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just have a few people who know their business and a house full of herbal supplies. We’ve been operating from this house for a good while now and most of our regular customers just call us up or stop by the gate whenever they need anything.
