We are at No. 15-S in Shiv Nagar. The Allahabad Bank is right nearby, so that makes us easy to find. It’s a pharmacy, but we focus on the Ayurvedic side of things. We’ve been around for a long time. People in the neighborhood know us. We keep a lot of herbs and traditional mixtures. The smell in the shop is quite strong, mostly from the dried plants and oils. It’s a natural scent. We don't have a lot of fancy packaging. We just focus on the stuff inside the bottles. Sometimes it’s busy in the mornings when people are on their way to work. We have a small counter and some shelves. It’s not a supermarket style. You ask for what you need and we find it for you. We know most of our regular customers by name. We talk about the weather or how their families are doing. It’s a local way of doing things. Shiv Nagar is a good spot for us. The pharmacy has its own rhythm. We don't do much online stuff, we prefer talking to people face to face. It’s simpler that way. We make sure the jars are stocked. If we run out of something, we tell you when it will be back. No false promises. It’s just a plain, honest shop. That’s how we like it. We have been here since the beginning and we just keep the jars full.
