Somnadi Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in Jaisinghnagar. You can find us at Ward No 14 on Janakpur Road. It is a regular street with houses and a few small shops nearby. We do not have a big fancy storefront. The office is a simple room where we keep our files and meet with the farmers from the district. Janakpur Road can get pretty busy with tractors and people moving about, especially on market days. We started this company to help the local people here coordinate their farming activities. It is mostly just making sure everyone gets their inputs and that the produce is handled correctly. We do not have a marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us, the staff and the members, sitting around a table. Sometimes the fans do not work and it gets stuffy, but we just open the windows and keep going. We keep track of everything in big notebooks because that is what we are used to. People stop by to complain about the pests or to see if there is any news from the agriculture department. It is a very local operation. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just want to make sure the farmers in Jaisinghnagar have a place to come to when they need to organize. If you walk down Ward 14, you will see our small board. That is where we spend most of our time.
