This school is tucked away in Ward No 12 of Khitola Bazar in Sihora. It’s right in the middle of a very lively market area, so there is always the sound of shoppers and traffic just outside our doors. If you live in the Jabalpur district, you might have walked past us while doing your daily shopping. The school building is part of the local neighborhood fabric, and it doesn't stand out as anything too flashy. Inside, the rooms are simple and the floors are worn from years of students walking back and forth to their classes. It can get a bit loud because of the bazaar nearby, but the kids and teachers are used to it by now. Most of the students come from the local families who work in the market or live in the nearby streets. The school isn't filled with fancy equipment or massive auditoriums, as we mostly stick to basic classrooms and a small gathering area. The atmosphere is very local and informal; we know the shopkeepers next door and the families who have been sending their kids here for years. It’s a place where the daily routine is what matters most. We focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the students are ready for their exams. There is no corporate management here, just a group of teachers and staff trying to run a school in the heart of a busy bazaar.
