We have a shop at Vimal Shanti Complex, specifically Shop No 4. This is right near the Shastri Bridge area in Jabalpur City. Most people know Narmada Plaza, and we are right there too. Being near the bridge means it is always loud with the sounds of horns and engines. It’s a lively spot to be in, for sure. We spend our time booking cars and managing travel plans for people. The office is a bit cramped once you get three or four people inside, but we make it work. There are a lot of files stacked up on the shelves from old bookings. We don’t really do fancy marketing; people usually hear about us from their neighbors or just see the sign while they are stuck in traffic on the bridge. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and chat until it comes back on. It is a very normal Jabalpur business. We know the roads around the city and the nearby tourist spots quite well because that’s what we deal with every single day. The complex has other businesses too, so there is always some movement in the hallway. We keep things simple here. If you need to go somewhere, we just help you get the booking done without making a big fuss about it.
