We are situated at 927 Badi Omti. It’s right on the Railway Station Road here in Jabalpur City. Being near the station means it is always crowded and there is a lot of energy around. The Clock Tower is very close by, which is one of the most famous spots in the city. We get a lot of people walking in straight from the train station, looking for a way to get around the city or wanting to book a tour to the marble rocks. The office is usually a bit messy with newspapers and half-empty tea cups, especially in the mornings. We don't really have a front desk person; whoever is free just talks to the person who walks in. It’s a very casual environment. The noise from the trains and the station announcements can be heard if the wind is blowing the right way. We have been here for a long time, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Badi Omti is an old part of town with a lot of history. We like it here because we get to meet all kinds of travelers from different places. It’s a simple travel shop where we focus on getting people their tickets and rides. No big speeches or fancy decorations, just a place near the tracks.
