You can find us over at Plot No. 8 and 13 in the Lamtara Industrial Area. Having two plots gives us the room we need to handle the ceramic and chemical side of things without getting in our own way. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s always got that smell of production and heavy work in the air. We’ve got the kilns and the mixing tanks set up where they belong. Some days are hotter than others, especially when the furnaces are running at full tilt. We deal with a lot of powders and liquids, so everything has its specific place. The workers here are used to the rhythm of the machines. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the batches we put out are what they’re supposed to be. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking. The industrial area is a bit rough around the edges, but it suits the kind of work we do. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you, just the sound of the plant and people busy at their stations. It’s practical, hard work that keeps the lights on. Sometimes the delivery trucks get backed up at the gate, but we sort it out. It’s just how life goes in a place like this. We just keep our heads down and get the mixing and firing done.
