Our place, Sarva Mangalam Natural Products Pvt. Ltd., is out in Bhatoli Village, near Kalidham in the Gwarighat area. Being located in a village means things are a bit quieter here than in the middle of a big city. We work with natural products, so our daily routine involves a lot of handling raw materials that come in from nearby areas. The air here is a bit fresher, though the roads can be a bit bumpy when you are coming to visit us. We have a small facility where we process things and pack them up. It's not a high-tech factory; it's more of a traditional setup where a lot of the work is done by hand. We have people from the village working with us, so it feels like a community effort most days. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big offices. Instead, we put our time into making sure the products are handled properly. Sometimes the power goes out or things get delayed because of the weather, but we just manage as best as we can. We usually have tea together in the afternoons and talk about what needs to be done for the next day. It is a slow and steady way of working. We just focus on what we have in front of us and try to keep things as natural as possible without overthinking it. It's a humble business but we are satisfied with how we do things.
