If you head down to Golbazar in Jabalpur, you'll find us at House No. 427. This part of the city is always teeming with people and noise, which is just the reality of being in a major market area. We operate Positivitea Pathshala from this old house. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of tea stock coming in. The name is a bit of a play on words, combining tea with the idea of a school or pathshala, though we mostly just focus on the business of tea itself. Inside House 427, you won’t find any marble floors or sleek glass desks. Instead, it’s full of wooden shelves, cardboard boxes, and the constant sound of the market outside. We spend our time tasting different leaves and figuring out the best ways to pack them. It’s a very sensory job. Some days the heat in Golbazar is quite heavy, but we keep the fans going and get on with it. We aren't part of some giant tea conglomerate. We’re just a local Jabalpur team that decided to do something with tea. We handle our own paperwork and carry our own boxes. It’s honest work, and being in the middle of Golbazar means we are always right in the thick of things. We just try to do our best with what we have and keep the business moving forward every day.
