You can find Narmada Hills Developers on the first floor of BMW House. We are located at 15/3 Lalpur Road, right in the Gwarighat area. It’s a decent spot, and we’ve been here for some time now. We spend most of our time looking at plans and dealing with the logistics of development. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a piece of dirt to a finished building. Our office isn't anything special, just a place for us to meet and get the work done. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long things will take. Real estate development has a lot of moving parts, and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we always stay on top of it. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us working on projects around Gwarighat. We know the local landscape pretty well because we live and work right here. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at site visits. We focus on the practical side of things. If you come by, you’ll probably see us surrounded by blueprints and coffee cups. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We just want to keep building things that people can actually use without making a big fuss about it. That's our daily routine here.
