You’ll find us at 177, Premdeep, which is in the Adarsh Nagar area on Narmada Road. It’s a pretty central location, and we’ve been based here for some time. We call ourselves Mohit Group, but it’s really just a small team of us working on various local projects and property stuff. Narmada Road is always moving, and being right there in Adarsh Nagar keeps us close to the action. We handle a bit of everything—some construction, some property management, and helping people find land. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just making sure the numbers add up and that the permits are in order. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this office in Premdeep. I like it this way because people feel comfortable just dropping by to ask a question. We don't use any of those polished scripts that big companies use. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months. Dealing with people honestly is the only way I know how to run things. The days are long, often spent between the office and various sites around the city. It can be exhausting, but seeing a new building go up or a family move into a house we helped with makes it worth the effort. That’s pretty much the story of our little group here at Premdeep.
