Down in Ward No 28, right beside Ashok Vihar, you will find us at Multitasking Computers And Mobiles Soluations. We spend our days looking at screens and opening up gadgets. It is a small place but we keep busy with all the phones and laptops people bring in. Sometimes a screen is cracked or a computer just won't turn on for some reason. We sit at the back with our screwdrivers and try to figure it out. It is not always easy, technology can be a real headache sometimes. We also help with software things if people get stuck. There are usually parts lying around on the counters, like cables and cases. We try to keep things organized but when it gets busy, the desk gets a bit messy. Residents around Ashok Vihar usually just drop by when they have a problem. We aren't a big chain store or anything like that. We just know our way around a motherboard and a battery. Some days we are fixing a phone in twenty minutes, and other days we are waiting for a part to arrive in the mail. It is just how it goes here. We enjoy the work though. Every device has its own little issue. We stay here in the ward and keep the electronics running as well as we can. It’s just us here working.
