We operate out of Khamkheda, specifically at Mukund Nimba Borse’s place, number 367/1. It’s a local operation through and through. The name might sound big, but we are just a bunch of farmers from around here who wanted to change how we do things. We spend a lot of time at Mukund’s house discussing the seeds and the fertilizers we need for the next season. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we get the job done. Khamkheda is the kind of place where everyone’s business is farming, so having this company helps us stick together. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone in a suit. It’s mostly just us in our regular work clothes, trying to figure out the best way to move our produce. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when we need it, and those are the days we sit around and just try to plan for the worst. When the harvest is good, the place is full of energy and people coming in and out. We handle the bills, the loading, and the talking to buyers right from the village. It’s a lot of manual work and sometimes the math takes a while to get right on the ledger. We just want to make sure the people in Khamkheda who work the land have a bit of support when they need it most.
