Saaar Infotech is situated right near Shankar Ghee Bhandar, close to the Garhaphatak area. If you live around here, you probably know the spot because of the smell of sweets and ghee from the shops nearby. Our place isn't anything special to look at. It’s a working office where we deal with a lot of computer and info-tech stuff. We have a couple of benches where we do all the repair work. It can get a bit messy with all the wires and spare components lying around. We’ve been at this location for a while and we like being part of the local market. There is always a lot of foot traffic near the phatak. We get all sorts of people coming in, from students to older folks who need help with their gadgets. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. Usually, you’ll just find one or two of us working in the back. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’d rather spend that on better tools. Some days are slow and we just chat with the neighbors. Other days, we are working late into the evening to finish everything. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing who we are. It’s a simple, honest business and we plan on staying here for a long time because the neighborhood feels like home.
