Our shop is 102 in Koushlya Vatika, over in the Howbag area of Gorakhpur, Jabalpur. It is a pretty easy place to find once you are in the neighborhood. We have been here in Jabalpur for a good stretch of time. The office is small and practical. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of desks where we handle all the infrastructure planning. It gets quite warm in Jabalpur during the summer months, so we usually have the cooler running full blast. We are often out on the road checking on projects, so the office might be quiet for a few hours and then suddenly everyone is back at once. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, which isn't the most exciting part, but it has to be done. We keep our files in big cabinets against the wall. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit noisy with the traffic from Gorakhpur, but we don't pay it much mind anymore. We know most of the people around here. It is a local business through and through. We don't have a big marketing team; we just rely on the work we do. Every day is a bit different. One day we are looking at drainage issues and the next we are talking about road materials. We just take it as it comes. Usually, we wrap up by six if there isn't a big deadline looming over our heads.
