Asthavinayak Homes Private Limited is tucked away at Aaraji No-158, right behind Hotel Chandra in the Civil Lines area. It's a bit of a hidden spot, but it works for us. We do building and home stuff, mostly around M.L.P.H. and the nearby streets. The office is just a simple room where we keep our plans and talk to the guys who do the actual building. It’s often pretty quiet until the workers come back at the end of the day. We’ve been at this for some time now, just taking on one project after another. We don’t have a flashy sign or a lot of bells and whistles. Usually, we're just focused on making sure the bricks are laid right and the materials we bought are actually delivered. Being behind Hotel Chandra means we get a bit of shade in the afternoons, which is nice when we’re sitting out back. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we manage to get through it eventually. We aren't a huge firm with lots of offices. It’s just us here at Aaraji No-158. We know the local people and they know where to find us if they need something done. It’s a lot of manual labor and standing out in the sun, but we don't mind it much. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us.
