Barista Coffee Company Ltd

This is the Barista shop where we spend most of our time. It’s a coffee place, obviously. We’ve got the machines running from early morning until we close up at night. The smell of ground beans is pretty much stuck in our clothes at this point. It’s a busy spot. People come in for a quick drink on their way to work or sit around for hours with their laptops. We don’t mind either way. We handle the orders, steam the milk, and try to keep the tables wiped down. Sometimes the milk steamer acts up, or we run out of a certain type of bean, but we manage. It’s just us working behind the counter. Srikanth is around too, handling the messages and the phone. We get a lot of regulars who don’t even have to say their order anymore, we just see them walk in and start making it. The music is usually just whatever is on the radio. It can get a bit loud when the grinder is going, but that’s just how it is in a coffee shop. We aren't trying to be anything too fancy, just a place to get a decent cup of coffee and sit for a minute. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but it’s okay. We’re just here doing our jobs and making drinks. Nothing complicated about it. We just open up and serve.
