We set our office at 71 Anand Nagar, right on the main Sapna Sangeeta Road. If you are looking for the place, we are located right behind the Sapna Sangeeta Inox Talkies. It’s a very familiar spot for anyone living in Indore. We are on the floor above Dubey Clinic, so people usually see their medical sign before they see ours. The office isn't very large. It’s mostly just a space where we manage the tutors and take calls from parents. It gets pretty loud on the weekends when there are new movies playing at the Inox, and the traffic on Sapna Sangeeta Road is always a bit of a mess. We have some basic desks and a couple of chairs for when people come by to talk. The stairs leading up are a bit steep and the building is older, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to coordinate schedules and making sure the right teacher goes to the right house. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street. It’s a very local, small-scale operation. We’ve been in Anand Nagar long enough that we know the other shop owners around us. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest little office. We don't have any high-tech systems, just our notebooks and a few computers to keep track of everyone.
