Xcelnova Llp is based at B/300 in the New Loha Mandi area, which is part of Scheme 78. Being in Loha Mandi means there is always a lot of activity around us, mostly with trucks and trade stuff. Our office is a simple space where we manage our business affairs. We are an LLP, so it’s a small group of us running the show. We don't have a bunch of managers or complicated departments. It’s just a flat structure where everyone chips in. The work we do is mostly about coordinating things and making sure the business stays on track. Scheme 78 is a growing area, and it feels like there is always something new being built nearby. Our spot in B/300 is functional and serves our needs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at the exact same time. We just take it as it comes. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We chose this location because it makes sense for the kind of work we handle. It’s just a regular office in a busy part of town, filled with people who know their business and don't feel the need to brag about it.
