Vinayak Milk Foods

Our place, Vinayak Milk Foods, is located out on Dewas Road in the industrial area at 170 B. It is a busy part of town with a lot of big trucks moving in and out all day. We deal with milk products, so our days start very early, usually way before the sun is even up. That is when the first deliveries arrive and we have to be ready. It can be quite cold in the mornings, especially in the winter months, but we are used to it by now. The facility isn't brand new, but it is where we have done our work for quite some years. We have a small crew that knows the routine inside out. There is always a lot of cleaning to do because of the nature of the work we do. You have to keep everything tidy when you are handling food products. We do not spend money on big signs or fancy decorations. Most of our neighbors are other factories and warehouses. It is not the kind of place people just stumble upon; you usually come here if you have specific business with us. We try to keep our heads down and stay busy with the processing. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to fix it on the fly, which keeps things interesting. It is hard work, and the hours are often long, but it is what we know. We just focus on getting the milk processed and sent out.
