Rk Infotech is located right on A.B. Road in the Vijay Nagar area. If you know the neighborhood, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s one of those spots where there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve been set up here for some time now, focusing on info-tech stuff. It sounds broad, and that's because we do a bit of everything. From fixing a computer that won't start to helping someone set up their office network, we’ve seen it all. The office isn't very big, and we have boxes of cables and spare parts tucked into every corner. It’s a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just answer the phone and try to help the person on the other end. Vijay Nagar is a good place for a business like ours because there are so many people and other shops around. We get a lot of walk-ins who are frustrated with their technology. We try to talk like normal people, not using too much jargon that just confuses everyone. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation. We open up in the morning, drink some tea, and start working through the pile of repairs or tasks. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We like the hustle of A.B. Road and the people we meet every day. It keeps us on our toes for sure. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now.
