Universal Engineers

Universal Engineers is located at No. 408 in the Manas Bhawan Extension. Our office is on 11 RNT MARG, which is a fairly central area with plenty of activity. Manas Bhawan is an older building that many people in the city recognize. We are up on the fourth floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Inside, we have our engineering office set up. It’s not a very large space, but we have enough room for our drafting tables and computers. The windows look out over the street, and you can see the cars and rickshaws moving along RNT Marg all day. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and working through technical drawings. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the occasional sound of the phone or someone coming in with a delivery. We’ve got stacks of files and rolls of drawings tucked into the corners. We aren't big on interior design; the furniture is old but comfortable enough for a long day of work. Usually, we bring our lunches from home and eat together while we talk about whatever is happening in the city. Being in a central spot like this makes it easy to get around, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just focus on our projects and try to keep things organized as best as we can.
