System Care & Services

System Care & Services is based at No. 11/162 Station Road in Rau. We are right on the main stretch, so we hear the trains passing by all day long. It’s a busy road with lots of motorcycles and people walking to the station. Our shop is quite small, and the front counter is usually covered in spare parts and tools. We fix a lot of different things here, mostly electronics and machines that people bring in from around the neighborhood. There is a stack of old monitors in the corner that we keep for parts, and the floor is usually covered in bits of wire. It gets a bit chaotic when we have three or four projects going at once. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a wooden bench by the door for anyone who wants to sit for a minute. The walls have some old calendars hanging on them, and the fan on the ceiling makes a clicking noise that we stopped noticing years ago. Rau is a growing area, but our street still feels like a small village sometimes. We know most of the people who live nearby and they often stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of advice on their gadgets. We don't do much in the way of advertising because the word of mouth around Station Road is usually enough to keep us busy from morning until late evening. It is just us doing our best with the repairs.
