Our shop, Smart Network Solution And Research, is located at number 274 on Jawahar Marg. We are right across the street from Nafish Chemist, which is a landmark most people in the area know. The space we have is mostly filled with cables, routers, and different types of networking gear we’ve collected over the years. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We do a lot of work helping people get their home or office internet working properly when it starts acting up. Sometimes we also get into more research-based tasks for local projects, which keeps our days interesting. Jawahar Marg is a noisy street with a lot of traffic and horns honking, so we usually keep the front door closed to keep the noise out while we work. We aren't some big tech giant, just a local shop trying to make sense of all the wires and signals for our customers. Some days are really busy with people calling about their connections, and other days we just sit and work on repairs at the bench. We don't use any scripts or fancy talk when we speak to people, we just tell them what’s wrong and how we think we can fix it. It is a lot of trial and error sometimes, but that is just how networking goes. We have been here long enough that we recognize most of our neighbors. It's a solid little business that keeps us busy enough every day.
